In a madcap effort to promote her new Rascal Video company, Chi Chi LaRue, and sidekick Mona, highjack an RTD bus, pack it full of Chi Chi's favorite Porn Stars, and head to the world-famous CES show in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, a quarrel breaks out between lovers Kyle Kennedy and Julian Pierce. Kyle thumbs a ride to Las Vegas, where he gets caught up in Chi Chi's party weekend and meets Superstar Spike.
